To my Primary School teachers who were patient with my late discovery of the written word and the subsequent love affair, thank you.
To my Secondary School teachers who forced me into leadership roles even though I hated it, to my teachers who taught me that English was more than just a paper, to my teachers who showed that being a teacher means being a good role model, thank you.
To my lecturers who encouraged me to think, to view things differently, to be brave enough to take on tasks meant for two alone, to never be afraid of my own opinions, and more importantly, to have enough space for me to think and accept others’ viewpoints without sacrificing my own thoughts, thank you.
